NSF is a proud partner of New Humans of Australia
New Humans of Australia
New Humans of Australia seeks to reduce discrimination towards migrants and refugees, through the powerful medium of storytelling. NSF has partnered with New Humans of Australia to bring to life the stories of resilience and recovery of our students.
We, along with New Humans of Australia, believe it is becoming more and more important to tell the true stories of migrants – the difficulties they overcome and what they contribute – in order to celebrate multiculturalism, and to make new arrivals feel welcome on our shores.
Inspired by the iconic Humans of New York, New Humans of Australia was started by Nicola Gray, a writer, who wanted to share the many fascinating stories she heard while working with refugees and migrants. Read their stories on the NSF website, or check out the stories with comments on social media!
Through the New Humans of Australia movement, we’re proud to profile NSF students who’ve overcome incredible obstacles. By sharing the stories of these inspiring individuals, we hope to build community and understanding, and uplift those who start again in Australia.
If you know of someone who’d like to be profiled on New Humans of Australia, email us at GSmarketing@navitas.com.
