Common B&D Program questions
1. What will I learn with the B&D course?
You will build practical business, digital and workplace skills for entry-level jobs, apprenticeships or further study. Depending on your course level, you may learn how to communicate clearly at work, use digital tools safely, work in teams, plan and complete tasks, follow safe work practices, manage time, solve everyday workplace problems and build confidence for employment.
2. How do I enrol in the B&D course with NSF?

3. How do I start the B&D course?
You will have a short test (if required) to find your level and meet our friendly team to plan your pathway.
4. Will I get a certificate after completion?
Successful students will receive a nationally recognised certificate or statement, and/or an NSF Certificate of Completion will be issued that can be added to your CV & Resume.
5. Where can I study the B&D course with NSF?
