Enabling people to live their best life in Australia
Navitas Skilled Futures is contracted by Australian government agencies to deliver programs that help students from diverse backgrounds to improve their English language and employability skills.
Since 1990, we’ve helped over 300,000 people live their best lives by delivering the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) to migrants and refugees on behalf of the Australian Government, and in 2010 successfully tendered to deliver the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program to job-seekers with language, literacy and numeracy barriers to employment and career pathways.
The AMEP is delivered through colleges in South Western Sydney and the ACT, while the SEE program is delivered from sites across metropolitan Sydney and Western Melbourne. Along with these major programs, the Navitas Skilled Futures team continues to deliver and tender for other vital programs in areas such as youth employment and career pathways.
Here is a bit more information about our programs:
At Navitas Skilled Futures we want to help you to live a settled and stable life in Australia. Navitas Skilled Futures has provided settlement English language training in the AMEP since 1990 to more than 200,000 newly arrived migrants and refugees.
We help people from different backgrounds and cultures to find a job, learn to speak and write English and to settle into life in Australia. We do this by offering free English programs and working with you on your employability skills.
Our classrooms use the latest digital technology. They are safe places to learn, with experienced teachers who understand your challenges. Best of all, when you learn with us, you become part of our multicultural community, giving you the chance to make friendships that last a lifetime.
At Navitas Skilled Futures we offer programs funded by the Australian and NSW Governments. These programs are:
- The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) program, offering free* English language tuition to eligible migrants and humanitarian entrants.
- The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program, which gives eligible people training in job skills, language, literacy and numeracy.
The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP), and the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program are funded by the Australian Government.
