Additional Support:

After enrolling in the SEE Program (Skills for Education and Employment), you’ll be introduced to your Navitas Skilled Futures dedicated SEE Participant Support Officer (SPSO) within the first 25 hours of your training. This initial meeting marks the beginning of a supportive and collaborative journey designed to enhance your educational experience and overall success in the program.

Your SEE Participant Support Officer’s Role:

1. Personalised Learning Support

Your SPSO will work with you to understand your learning goals and provide personalised help. They’ll offer guidance and resources to ensure you get the most out of the SEE program and achieve your educational objectives.

2. Classroom Integration

Starting in a classroom can be tough. Your SPSO will help you adjust, handle any challenges, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident as you begin your training.

3. Work Experience Placement

Practical experience is crucial in the SEE program. Your SPSO will help you find work opportunities that match your career goals, giving you hands-on experience and a chance to use your new skills in real-life situations.

4. Mentoring and Coaching

Whether you want one-on-one mentoring or group coaching, your SPSO will provide the support you need with guidance, encouragement, and feedback to keep you motivated and on track.

5. Access to Community Support Services

Balancing education with personal responsibilities can be tough. Your SPSO will help you access community services like childcare to make your daily life easier, so you can focus on your learning.

6. Ongoing Individual Support

Your SPSO is dedicated to supporting you throughout the SEE program. They’ll help with any concerns, offer advice, and ensure you have the support needed for success in your studies and personal growth. With your SEE Participant Support Officer’s help, you’ll have a key resource for navigating the program and achieving your goals with confidence.
