2025 results show Navitas Skilled Futures delivers for its clients
The results of the 2025 Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) Client Survey show that Navitas Skilled Futures (NSF) training and services make a real difference for clients in New South Wales (NSW). In 22 categories, over 90% of our clients reported positive benefits from the program we deliver.
Each year, clients of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) are asked for feedback about the courses they have attended. The AMEP is funded by the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs, and the survey is conducted Australia-wide.
Clients who attend the AMEP delivered by NSF in the New South Wales (NSW) region shared feedback across 24 categories, that NSF trainers were delighted to hear, the results showing the impact English skills training has on many aspects of their clients’ lives.
93% of clients in NSW feel they can learn the English skills they need for work through AMEP. NSF’s focus on preparation for employment also showed through with more than 90% saying they have learned about workplace culture and 85% learning how to look for a job.
NSF’s strengths in preparing clients for further study were also reflected in the survey results for NSW, with 94% understanding the Australian education system, 90% learning independent study skills, and 82% expressing a desire to continue their studies.
The friendly and supportive environment we aim to cultivate at our NSW colleges was evident in the survey results. Ninety-five per cent of our clients reported they make friends and feel connected to the community through their classes and the services we offer such as Pathway Guidance. Along with friendships, the AMEP boosts our client’s confidence, with 95% saying they now feel more confident.
The childcare services available at our NSW colleges were also highly rated by our clients, with 93% saying the care is high quality, and enabling a huge 98% of them to attend class.
With great results such as these, including recognition of our highly-qualified trainers (98% of clients said they are well prepared), it’s no surprise that 95% of clients in NSW would recommend our AMEP English and pre-employment classes to others.
