Career Transition Assistance (CTA)
For people over 45 who want to improve soft skills, technical skills and digital literacy to get back into employment
What is the CTA Program ?
If you’re over 45 and looking for support on your employment journey, or to get back into the workforce, our Career Transition assistance program can give you the FREE training and support you need.
Meet employers, access support services, hear from industry guest speakers and get work ready in only 8 weeks.
As workplaces are continually adapting to new technology, it is more important than ever to be digitally literate. But this can be difficult, particularly as we get older, after time out of employment or when entering a new job.
For people who find themselves out of work, after a lifetime working in the same industry, the CTA program can help you get your career back on track by helping you get the skills you need to meet the needs of future employers.
This eight-week program will help build on your existing experience while providing additional training and digital skills to support your return to work.
Don’t get left behind in the modern workplace!
